BBQ Sauce Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

2 pork tenderloins (1 pound each)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp ground black pepper

1 cup Sable & Rosenfeld Tipsy BBQ Sauce

Preparation

Prepare grill for indirect heat

Season meat with garlic powder, salt, pepper.

Lightly oil grate. Place tenderloin on grate and position drip pan under meat. Cook over indirect heat for 30 minutes.

Brush tenderloin with BBQ sauce. Continue cooking for 15 minutes, or until the thermometer reads 145 F. Allow pork to rest for 10 minutes. Slice pork and serve with additional BBQ sauce for dipping.

Note: Marinating the tenderloins in white wine for 2 hours and then proceeding with the recipe about insures tenderness to a point.
