Cranberry Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

2 Pork Tenderloins (approximately 16 oz each)
2 jars of Sable & Rosenfeld Port Cranberry Sauce 9.8 oz (240ml)
1/2 cup of orange juice
Seasonings: salt, pepper & garlic powder

Preparation

Place tenderloins in slow cooker. Season with salt, pepper & garlic powder. Combine cranberry sauce and orange juice. Pour over pork. Cover and cook on low for4 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.

Remove pork. Slice. Drizzle Cranberry Sauce over meat and serve.

Serves 3-4
