Imperial Rice Salad

Ingredients

3 cups cooked long grain rice, chilled
1 cup raisins
2 bunches green onions, sliced
1 cup bean sprouts
1 cup snow peas sliced on the diagonal
½ bottle Sable & Rosenfeld Asian Peanut Sauce (or more to taste)

Garnish: 1 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
             1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded

Preparation

Combine all ingredients; mix well.
Chill for at least one hour.
Place on shredded lettuce; garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
