Port Cranberry Tree

Ingredients

16 oz / 500 g regular cream cheese brick
5 Tbsp Sable & Rosenfeld Port Cranberry Sauce
2 large cinnamon sticks
Italian parsley, garnish

Preparation

Cut cream cheese into 2 triangles by cutting it left upper corner to right lower corner. Place triangles into tree formation on serving dish. Insert two cinnamon sticks (to form the trunk) up the centre. Drizzle cranberries over top. Garnish with parsley. Chill and serve with crackers.
