Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

One 14 to 16 oz pork tenderloin
1/2 bottle Sable & Rosenfeld Tipsy Teriyaki Sauce

Preparation

Place pork tenderloin in a plastic bag. Pour sauce over pork tenderloin. Marinate at least 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Drain pork. Place pork in small roasting pan. Roast until meat thermometer inserted into center registers 150 degrees, about 25 minutes, basting with sauce.

Let pork rest 5 minutes. Slice pork thinly; serve.

Serves 3-4
